here’s a new LARP in Devon!
It’s a farmer LARP. Players are the Dumnonii trying to carve out lives in Roman Devon.
The Gods and the Dead demand sacrifice, the Romans demand taxes and don’t get me started on the Cornish.
Skills all combo together to get variety out of limited parts. There are verbal conflict mechanics to stop “I’m a white man shouting at you” diplomacy. There is a deep puzzle based alchemical magic system. Most importantly of all the resources in the game generated with the FARMING MECHANICS.
You could join us, at Taw Bottom, August 22nd – 24th, in taking these bloody Romans down a peg and pushing the Cornish back across the Tamar.
