Soon, our heroes will venture to Naxalos, where the skies are thick with ash and the air burns with the heat of it’s volcano. For months, the city beneath its shadow has been engulfed in flames, overrun by relentless fire elementals that emerge from the mountain’s heart. The streets crumble beneath waves of molten rock, and the once-great city now teeters on the brink of total collapse. The people cry out for aid, but not even the Myrmrdons can face the inferno. Only the elite unit stand a chance of halting the devastation.
As the heroes prepare for their journey, they will know they face not just the fire elementals, but something far worse. Beneath the molten veins of Naxalos, an ancient power stirs. Magmora, the behemoth of flame, waits for the moment to rise, to unleash a firestorm the likes of which the world has never seen. The city needs saving, but the true battle will be against a force older and more dangerous than any army.
The battle will not be easy, and difficult decisions will need to be made. The elite unit and the bonds between all nations will be tested like never before. The links between them put to the test in a blazing crucible.
