Empire (player event): One for Sorrow

A small one day social Empire LARP player event aimed at Magpies and players interested in history with minor plot elements.

Recently Navarr has built a new Wayhouse in Ossium (Varushka), and the Whisperleaf Steading have taken the opportunity to buy a surprisingly cheap Ambergelt Forest nearby.

Upon moving in, they’ve learned from locals that the forest is occupied (perhaps haunted?) by a mysterious entity that takes human form. Items are also going missing, although there’s disagreement between locals if the entity is to blame.
A strangely depressing aura has also settled on the woods. Whisperleaf have asked for the help of historians to help identify the entity and rid them of the aura. If the aura is successfully dispersed, then Whisperleaf will play host to the investigators including food, a quiz, chances to talk about research, and anything else we can come up with.
