CuPa: Call of the Shadow Dragon (Steppe Sanctioned)

As the snows of winter recede and the final tremors from the world rite are settling, all of those who call the Steppe Lands home and those who call the people who dwell there family are summoned by Heda An, chosen of the Land, Ancestors and The Mother. For the Shadow Dragon has stirred and left the Spirit Realm which signifies a time of great change and danger.
On Heda An’s orders a great yurt has been raised near the Bashkir mountains, on the site of a portal to the Spirit Realm to deduce what had caused this to happen. This is also a rare chance to better understand and investigate the realm from which the protector of the Steppe lands hails.
While the leaders of the Tribes, Clans and Families are gathered there will also be a Council Of Khans to discuss the other issues in the lands, from the restless dead to constructs and the issues with the mint.
