Blankspace Run #4

Blankspace is a symbolic horror larp about guilt, hope and running away from the past. In a vague dystopian future, the spaceship Enkidu carries settlers towards Eos, a better world that promises a new beginning. But their past catches up with them – in the shape of a monster that forces everyone to face the parts of themself they cannot bear to look at.

Through the metaphor of horror, the larp aims to explore how we deal with the shadows of our past: Do I run away or face my demons? Can I make amends? Am I a different person? Can people ever change at all?

Blankspace aims to be a rather dark, quiet and intimate psychological experience that explores inner conflicts by externalizing them through metaphorical and surreal design elements. If you want to (quite literally) be chased by your inner demons, scream at a part of yourself that you hate, or cry alone while staring into the vastness of space, this larp may be for you.
