DESCRIPTION:The Other Roads is an Empire LRP player event based around themes of diplomacy and foreign policy and targeted at characters who are newer to this area of the game. It will run at YHA National Forest\, 13-15th December 2024. Tickets will cost £75 (£60 for those meeting Empire’s concessions criteria). This event is fully catered. A number of free crew spaces will be available\, including full-time NPCs and part-time event crew. DESCRIPTION:In 57YE\, a group of Highborn set out from the forests of Reikos\, further into the Great Forest and the Barrens\, to investigate its secrets and bring the light of Virtue to its darkness. The Lost Company\, as they came to be called\, were never seen again.After the Imperial conquest of the Barrens in 385YE\, the Empire receives a message from the small settlement of Ebon’s Rest\, who claim to be descended from some of the Lost Company. Deep within the Forest\, they have invited the Imperials to visit their settlement in the hope they can be reunited with their Highborn siblings.Exactly how this group have survived both the Forest’s Curse of Weakness and the Druji\, and not fallen victim to either\, is not immediately clear\, but a group of heroes set forth into the forest hoping to find out.

DESCRIPTION:With the Sapphire Fist’s story retold\, the ghost that plagued The House of the Wanderer is no more. \n\n\n\nThe summer temple gardens are peaceful for a time but the delicate balance between the local bandit population was disrupted by the Imperial presence. A child overthrew their father\, a leader has united the squabbling groups\, and the mantle of the Sapphire Fist has been taken up once more. \n\n\n\nEmboldened the Sapphire Fist has kidnapped Nemo\, the Arbiter of the Temple of the Wanderer and delivered some extremely odd demands. \n\n\n\nThe House of the Wanderer has called for their friends and allies to join an expedition to the Morrow to meet an emissary of the one claiming the mantle of Sapphire Fist. The challenge will be met\, and Nemo freed.
